One of the most popular materials in Russia is brick. What he earned his reputation? It allows you to get strong walls. In addition, he racks to fire, for example, a tree cannot boast. With sufficient thickness, you can get a decent sound insulation. He does not rot, and parasites do not bother. Among other things, it makes it possible to use reinforced concrete floors, although this decision is not suitable for everyone.
But there is also a spoon of tar, and not even one. Such construction requires large financial costs, as well as quite large physical efforts. Thermal insulation of the material leaves much to be desired. To get a “warm house” and at the same time do not use additional thermal insulation, you will have to build walls a half meter thick. Buderus boilers can be corrected by this position, but in severe frost they will have to be used almost at full power. So when choosing a brick, it will not be superfluous to think about a high -quality heating system, as well as a reliable thermal insulation. The foundation deserves special attention: its depth for the middle strip is at least one and a half meters. At the same time, he must have a high margin of safety, as he will have to keep a rather weighty structure. Before the start of the finish, you need to wait for one or two seasons, otherwise the foundation will not gain the desired strength, and the house will not have time to settle down. As a result, you will have to spend from two to three seasons so that a building suitable for housing arises from scratch.
Another important drawback is the unsuitability of a brick building for seasonal operation. So, for example, if you do not heat the room for a couple of weeks, then even Vitopend boilers will have to work for several days before the rooms really warm up. In addition, the walls will dry out in the spring for 3-4 weeks, which will not affect the quality of the material in the best way. But if the house will be operated all year round, then these problems lose their relevance.
