The architectural bureau from Belarus “Monproject” was embodied by one of the major orders received from private customers who asked to build the Villa “KM House”.Our dear readers, we want to offer you to go on a virtual trip to one of the most beautiful Argentine cities in Rosario, he is in the picturesque province of Santa Fe. It was here that customers decided to build their home.
The creators said that for the construction of the villa, the choice fell on the site, on the corner of the street, the entire ground area stretched to the border from the south side, overlapping the central entrance. All facades made deaf, so no one will be able to observe what is happening in the house. But from the yard the facade was slightly opened, which allows households to admire the beauty of their private territory.
In the interior of the building, in addition to common rooms, there is also the main bedroom equipped with a huge dressing room and bathroom. Nearby are equipped rooms in which a servant lives, another kitchen and a restroom, a convenient place for a barbecue and a staircase to the upper level. The magnificent pool in the house is added to all this splendor, with its help it was possible to emphasize all the splendor of the modern structure.
But the second level, as if the suspension bridge is located above the first floor, creating a special huge room under it in the central zone, it is not inferior in size to the living room. The main idea was to divide the structure into two zones that would differ, but they will not lose their multifunctionality and you can use them at any time.
Gallery created in such an original way crosses the entire area of the building from west to east. So the tradition was so that when erecting residential buildings in the southern hemisphere, it is necessary to make the facades open from the east and north, so that more natural light falls inside, but from the south it is necessary to close. In this construction, the creators also took into account this item.
Over the main entrance, it turned out to be free space, it connects both levels. On the first you can see one huge room without any individual zones. A bedroom for children, household premises that are used as a workshop or guest, placed at the upper level. As for the interior design, concrete mainly prevails in it, but the formwork was chosen from wood, with its help the authors wanted to preserve the natural texture of the tree in all possible ways. The floor covering of a decorative beautiful coating – micro -concrete, with its help it was possible to create a single space not divided by zoning.
