It is worth going to any store with cosmetics – eyes scatter! Creams are an incredible amount, and all – nourish, moisturize, rejuvenate, tighten, smooth. More-contain collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, hoods or extracts from something and natural oils. We read what is written on the packaging in large font. We read – and I want to believe! And it is a pity to let the jar out of the hands, it is already like a native. Of course, very competent designers worked on the appearance of this jar, and experienced psychologists on the inscriptions on it.
And in the previous article, we found out that no cream can radically remove wrinkles for a single simple reason – they are formed in the lower layer of the skin, and the cream can only affect the upper layers. Although this, of course, does not mean that the skin does not need to be nourished and moisturized. The question is what?

Believing by virtue of creams from aging, we, in fact, do not know about the true effect of cosmetics on our skin. Elastin, in fact, provides our skin with elasticity, only his own, and not the one that is extracted from the poor cow. He cannot get into the skin, again due to a large molecular weight, there is no benefit from it except harm. There is a single species of elastin, which penetrates and benefits-Desmozin and Iso-Desmosine). Often we meet it in the composition of creams? That’s what I’m talking about.
Hyaluronic acid – supports the water balance in skin cells, the thing is undoubtedly useful if it is used by a low molecular weight form. T. e, the same story as with collagen, acid molecules should be small enough to penetrate the skin, otherwise the sense of it is just a beautiful name!
What is still written on our packaging with small beaks?
Mineral Oil – oil, but technical, which is made from oil and used in industry, as lubrication and solvent. Cosmetics manufacturers say that this ingredient has the ability to retain moisture in the skin. There are no questions,! Because it forms an impenetrable film on the surface of the skin, and together with moisture, it retains toxins, carbon dioxide and other waste, which are excreted through the skin from our body. On the other hand – there is no access to oxygen in the skin, without which it, like any living organism, cannot function normally. From the same opera – paraffin oil, petrolate, propylene glycol, all these are varieties of technical oil. Well, we can’t seriously think that some kind of crooked-shaped mechanism and our face can be smeared with the same! And manufacturers of cosmetics, obviously, do not see much difference.
And apotheosis -Laurel sodium sodium (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate -sls). In industry, it is used for washing and degreasing engines. It really removes fat from surfaces, completely, because it has the strongest corrosive properties, it is easier – it oxidizes. And also – SLS reacts with other ingredients, and nitrates are obtained, which are then absorbed into the bloodstream. In a good way-this nasty thing is not worthwear.

What else do we have? Heels of emulsifiers, stabilizers, flavors and preservatives. The cream should be stored for more than one day, and even – more than one month, how long is the shelf life in creams? On average – at least a year. Which of all this can be concluded? We pay our blood, as a rule – not small money for several dubious ingredients, several specifically harmful, placebo, emulsifiers, preservatives and a couple of useful. Moreover, the percentage ratio is obviously not towards useful.
About the properties of natural oils
Even before our grief – scientists nailed a bunch of all kinds of rubbish, during the same Tutankhamun, the mummies were canned, sorry – they embalmed, and the skin was lubricated with natural oils. And then and now they are obtained from bones, seeds or nuclei of plants, using cold pressing, so all healing properties are preserved. Now – oils are filtered in an industrial way, so they can be stored for quite some time, without any preservatives, stabilizers, additives and other dubious achievements of scientific thought.
Vegetable oil is a complete complex of vitamins, trace elements, biologically active substances and fatty acids close in composition to our skin fat. Therefore, oils are so well perceived by skin as “related”, due to their absolute naturalness.
They – nourish, moisturize, regenerate, tone, treat inflammatory processes, normalize the secretion of the sebaceous glands, heal wounds. The composition of natural oils includes the strongest natural antioxidants – polyunsaturated fatty acids, flavonoids and phytoestrogens.
You can use oils as a mask or cream, as a means for tonic, for soft cleaning, as a scrub. Masks from them will help restore hair, here, after the sodium sulfate that manufacturers banged into the shampoo!
In the composition of, for example, amaranth oils, in addition to amino acids, vitamins, the same antioxidants, include a squale, natural unsaturated hydrocarbon, which restrains the growth and spread of malignant formations. St. John’s wort oil – removes swelling, dissolves scars, anesthesia and works like an antiseptic. T. e. – You can use oils not only as a cosmetological agent, natural and effective, but also as a medicinal, to solve many problems.
